2) Functioning of village institutions: |
- In 23 villagers 308 Youth and farmers have organized themselves in Youth mandals and Farmers Mandals.
- 16 Kishori mandal had been established in which 266 Kishori has participated, 15 Mahila Mandal had established in 15 villages in which 231 womens are participated. 107 Male group and 375 Female groups (SHG) groups are established through which 5515 male and female are organize. They are running their groups actually are regularly. Due to this bankers have also provided bank loan to them. Some have started income generation activities awareness about various programmes and policies of the State also.
- In the villages Thote Pimpalgaon, Khamkheda, Pimpalgaon Barrav, Ganeshpur, Kachrewadi, Ganeshpur (Mantha), Khedgaon, Warfalwadi, Pathardeualgaon, Khandviwadi, Bhatepuri, Wakhari, Antarwalla, Borkhedi, the youth have made village cleaning in other villages, they have done collective farming, made soak pits, and self help groups. They have tried to participate the village in “Gram Swachatta Abhiyan” They are actively participating in common and developmental programmes. They are attending the functions of schools, Grampanchayat. The youths of Hatwan village had tought in their school for three months without any wages. Youths of Borkhedi village have formed SHG of poor women’s and helping them to manage or accounting of the SHG document.

3) Liaisoning with developmental administration and institutions: |

- The women’s of SHG groups are making self contacts to Bankers and submitted the proposals with the help of Govt. officials the women’s can deal with outsiders, women’s from Bhatepuri, Asarkheda, Khedgaon, Thote Pimpalgaon, Dongaon, can talk and can raise their problems in front of collector also. The women’s of the villages Pathardeualgaon and Ganeshpur had raised questions of Indira Awas Houses in front of Chief Executive Officer. They have forcely shown their Houses / Latrines / Mud pots with tab, SHG to the CEO and got sanctioning of Shivkalin Yojana. People from Pathar deualgaon, Palaskhed, Ganeshpur (M), Chikangaon, and others visited to Z.P. Office collectively male and female
- Villagers of 55 villages had motivated various Govt. officials and called them in their villages for various programmes, schemes, guidance, majorly BDO, CEO, Agriculture officer, Tahasildar, Soil testing officer, Bankers, Commissioner, also had reached in the villages. And people have presented their questions. In the villages Bhatepuri, Kachrewadi, Dongaon, Ganeshpur (M), Ganeshpur (J), Thote pimpalgaon, Pathardeualgaon, Khamkheda, Takle pokhari, Khedgaon, Pimpalgaon barrav, etc. They have raised problems and Govt. sanctioned i.e. Indira Houses, Ration cards, Kerosene, EGS work, Horticulture, National Social Assistance, Bank loan, Gradation of SHG etc.
- As said above positive attitude increase towards Government officials and Government officials are also responding them positively. 50 % Gramsevaks are regularly coming in village and participating in village programme also.

| In the second phase (April 2006 to August 2006) PACS project named “Amhi Sufharu Amcha Gaon” programme is implemented in 15 villages in 3 blocks of Jalna district in which following outputs are achieved as per planned objects. |

Project Achievement against outputs during Extension period
1) Empowerment of women and poors :

Increased awareness of women During the extension project 5731 PRI/SHG members and Non-members women from project villages were participated in the project activities. They have got knowledge and awareness about Panchayatraj functioning womens constutional right and legal act like dowary, child marriage, women violence, EGS, abortions, suppression of immoral traffic act, second marriage, panchayatraj provision etc. 20 acts are discussed with them through various activity. Because of awareness near about 40% womens in the project villages are using the knowledge directly indirectly in their public life. SHG members womens from Kacrewadi, Pachanwadgaon, Bhatepuri, Hatwan, Khedgaon, Wakhari, Pathare Deualgaon, Chikangaon, Antarwall etc were attended flag hosting. Womens from Pathar Deualgaon, Pachanwadgaon, Chikangaon, Kacrewadi, Bhatepuri, Borkhedi, Wakhari, Khedgaon were participate in Gramsabha and problems on drinking water, Daru Bandi, EGS work, Village sanitation, Drought action (Plantation) etc were raised in it. During Lokdarbar programmes womens from Pathar Deualgaon, Asarkheda, Dagadwadi, Hatwan, Bhatepuri, Chikangaon, Antarwalla, Khedgaon, Borkhedi were raised legal problems like illegal pressure by police, regular attendance in police station, pressure of villagers on poor family, divers settlement, land rights, Government Schemes benefits, etc questions were raised also above problems are soled mejorely presented in Lokdarbar. A Kishori and her mother from Chikagaon openly opposed dowery and cancled a marriage. A women belong to shepherd community from Pachanwadgaon has opposed to change of Sarpanch even though her son and other Grampanchayat member were actually opposed her because of their west interest.

Increased Participation 50 % of the womens actively participate in all public meeting Near about 40% womens from 13 villages are participating actively in all public meeting, programmes, even though they takes responsibilities of the programmes and fulfill it in the villages Chiknagaon, Dharkalyan,, Pathar Deualgaon, Kachrewadi, Khanepuri, Kishori girls and womens have actively played role to participate in Hagandari Mukt Gaon out of the villages Chikangaon and Kachrewadi has owned Nirmal Gram Puraskar during the year.

Improved knowledge of income generation opportunities – Womens in SHGs have information and knowledge at least ten different IGP During the project 394 womens and 238 males are motivated awared about 13 income generation activities like Candle making, Agarbatti making, Vermicompost, Floriculture, Screen printing, Kitchen garden, Soybean Production, Nimboli ark Nirmittim Milk production, Anola Processing, Goat raring, Kurdya & Papad making etc activities on which they can earn minimum Rs. 1000 / month. 281 Kishories has got tailoring training in the project villages out of that 20 kishories are earning an average Rs. 500/ month on the base. Now 85 womens have started income generation activities like Khava making, Vegetable growing, Goat keeping, Kiran shop, Screen printing, Bengal sealing, Nomboli ark nirmitti, etc. the activities are on the economic help on SHG amount which have womens supported to their families, members, for IGA. Major income generations activities are individual based some are permantant and some are seasonal.
